The Breath Before the Fire
We are beginning a worship series on The Holy Spirit. This series is adapted from Adam Hamilton’s book The Holy Spirit: God’s Presence and Power at Work in Us. We start with the work of the Holy Spirit as revealed throughout the Old Testament. Long before Pentecost, God’s Spirit was breathing life into creation, empowering leaders, inspiring prophets, strengthening the weary, and guiding ordinary people to do extraordinary things for God’s kingdom. Join us as we discover how the same Holy Spirit still renews, empowers, comforts, and calls us today to live courageously as followers of Jesus Christ.
