No Way But Yahweh
Today we look at the courage of Moses and the Israelites as they depart Egypt after being liberated from Pharaoh. God led the people by a roundabout way of the Red Sea desert. The Egyptian army catches up to the Israelites at the sea. The people become afraid and cry out to Moses. Moses said to the people, “Don’t be afraid. Stand your ground and watch the Lord rescue you today.” When we face sea crossings in our personal lives, it is so important to put our trust in the same thing that the Israelites did: the power and presence of the one Lord God.
