Jehovah: God of the Burning Bush
The story of Moses is a powerful picture of God calling and empowering people to act on His behalf in the world. Moses is drawn to an unusual sight while tending the flock. It is a bush on fire that does not burn up. This bush is a powerful symbol of the inexhaustible presence of God who burns like a fire with love and righteousness yet remains the same and never diminishes.
