“We choose to serve the Lord Jesus Christ,” says Paul, and this causes physical suffering, but on the inside, we are being strengthened. Paul is living from the center of who he is in Christ. Jesus Christ who dwells in us gives us the power to see ourselves differently and choose a reality from within the reign of God. We have the ability to reframe our reality by the power of choice.
