Ritual hand washing shouldn't be separated from the holiness it symbolizes. Keeping religious dietary laws shouldn't be separated from the sense of being set apart to live as God's people. The heart of a person is what really matters. God desires a pure heart. Christ transforms a heart of stone into a heart of flesh that truly reflects the grace and love of God.
