Pastor Steve McPeek

From my early years to adulthood I was blessed to have a family who embraced Christian values and displayed the love and grace of Jesus. I am so fortunate to have found these same values in a welcoming and loving church family here at Bradley United Methodist Church. If you are looking for an accepting and inclusive church then you certainly can find that here.

I began playing for church at age 13 as a pianist for vacation bible school in a southern baptist church and took my first church position as Pianist at age 17.

Since that time I have had the privilege of being church organist/pianist/accompanist at various churches and denominations over a span of 39 years. God has always blessed me with loving church families and great experiences demonstrating God’s love, compassion and grace.

I studied piano starting at age 9 and organ at age 14 and performed a Senior piano/organ recital at age 18. I accompanied my high school chorus from 9th through 12th grade. I studied organ and piano at Furman University as well as Biology and graduated in 1991. I then went to the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston SC to complete a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Physical Therapy/Health Sciences and graduated 1994.

I currently work with ATI in Indianapolis as an outpatient physical therapist.

My favorite hobbies include tennis, ping pong, movies, and spending time with my friends and family.
