Bridging the Chasms
The rich man ignored the plight of Lazarus who was right in front of him. Who created the chasm that now separates the rich man from Lazarus? Certainly not Lazarus! We, too, create unbridgeable chasms between ourselves and those in need. What must change in our hearts and lives to bridge the chasms and bring relief, hope and healing to others around us?
