One of the greatest blessings of our mission to Kisii, Kenya, was the opportunity to teach and encourage pastors who had gathered with an incredible hunger to learn and grow in their faith.
I was deeply moved by the number of pastors who came and by their eagerness to study God’s Word together. One of the most meaningful moments was presenting each pastor with a book on the Holy Spirit and the prayers created by our Bradley United Methodist Church congregation. Again and again, they expressed heartfelt gratitude—not only for the books, but for the prayers they represented.

Their words of thanks reminded me that the body of Christ truly knows no borders. Your prayers traveled across the world, strengthening fellow servants of Christ and reminding us all that we are united in God’s mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
